Kudzu 0.10.3 proves guarded versioned Web Storage persistence through ordinary state and effects. Valid records restore, invalid records fall back safely, dependency writes wait for restore, logout clears storage, and static routes remain zero-JavaScript.\n\nValidation: 273/273 tests, required-Chrome persistence journey, matched 21-profile navigation evidence, Node current/22 CI, and package smoke. No compiler pass, runtime concept, persistence API, or storage runtime was added.\n\nUpgrade: npm install @kudzujs/core@^0.10.3
